Notification settings

Edit your notification settings in Oshinstar.

When you download the Oshinstar application, we may send you two types of notifications for mobile devices:

• Push notifications

• In-app notifications

Push notifications

To configure the push notifications you receive from Oshinstar:

1. Enter the Menu in the upper right corner and then tap Settings .

2. Under General, tap Notification Settings.

3. Tap the blue button 🔵 to pause all push notifications.

App notifications

To configure the application notifications:

1. Enter the Menu in the upper right corner and then tap Settings .

2. In the General section, tap Notification Settings.

3. Select the section of interest to customize your notifications.

4. From here, turn Oshinstar notifications on or off.

Push notifications

Are sent when you are not actively using Oshinstar (e.g. on the lock screen of your device). You can turn off push notifications completely.

In-app notifications

These are sent when you are using Oshinstar. They appear as numbers above Notifications in the Oshinstar navigation menu or above the Oshinstar app on the phone. You cannot turn off in-app notifications completely, but you can choose what type of notifications you receive.
