Create Projects

Find the qualified profile you need for your projects.

If you are looking for a qualified profile within the Oshinstar community to be part of your project, the first step to take is to create a selection process through a job advertisement.

In the Create Projects section you will have three options to choose from depending on your needs:

• Casting

• Audition

• Projects

Casting/ Audition/ Projects

To create a casting, audition or project:

1. Enter the Menu in the upper right corner and then tap Projects.

2. Select the Create Projects section.

3. Within this section, select the Casting/ Audition/ Projects option. In this screen you will be able to describe the ad in detail.

4. Insert a Cover that identifies the project ad you want to create.

5. Add a title.

6. Add a brief description of the project.

7. Select the location where the selected person should work.

8. Select the Industry and Categories corresponding to the project.

9. Select the Skills corresponding to the project.

10. Add the required language for the requested personnel. You can select up to 7 languages.

11. In case you have an established date for the Casting, activate the option and set its Start date and End date. In case the Casting does not have a deadline, you can select Limit date option.

12. To finish creating your Casting/Audition/Projects, select Submit for approval or Review my Casting/Audition/Projects.

Create position or role

To set the position or role you require for Casting/ Audition/ Projects:

1. To enter the Position or Role of the Casting/ Audition/ Projects section, tap ☑️ at the top right of the screen.

2. Tap Add position or role.

3. Tap ⬇️ and enter the following information:

   • Number of talents required

   • Position name

   • Position description

   • Gender

   • Age

4. Confirm the information and tap ☑️.

Visibility

Choose who can see your post:

1. To enter the Visibility section, tap 🌎at the top right of the screen.
2. Select who can see your post:

   • Oshinstar Members

   • Everybody

   • Your followers

   • Private

   • Share privately

3. Confirm the information and tap ☑️.

Upon completion of creating your Casting / Audition / Project, it will go through a review and approval process by the Oshinstar team.

If approved, your Casting / Audition / Project will be made publicly available.

The approval process by the Oshinstar team takes 24 to 48 hours.

After you finish creating a Casting/Audition/Project, you will have the option to contact your Manage Requests or invite a talent directly.
