My Projects
A centralized workspace where you can view and manage all your Casting/ Audition / Project.
Oshinstar's Project Manager offers a centralized workspace where you can view and manage all the Casting/Audition/Projects you have created.
To enter your manage Requests:
Enter the Menu in the upper right corner and then tap Projects.
Select the Manage Requests section.
Manage and track your projects
When you enter this section, you will be able to view several tabs focused on providing you with all the updated information of your Casting/Audition/Project:
All
Published
Pending
Revoked
Ended
Need change
In draft
Use the campaign filters located at the top of the Project Manager to easily find all the Casting/Audition/Project you want to evaluate.
By tapping on a Casting / Audition / Project, you will have the option to change the ad type, create a similar ad or delete it.
All
You will be able to view all the Casting/Audition/Projects you have created.
🟢 Published
You will be able to view all Casting / Audition / Project that have been published.
🟡 Pending
You will be able to view all Casting/Audition/Projects that are in a status pending approval by the Oshinstar team.
🔴 Revoked
You will be able to view all Casting/Audition/Projects rejected by the Oshinstar team.
When a Casting / Audition / Project is rejected, in this same section you will be able to see a message with the reason for the rejection.
Ended
You will be able to view all completed Casting/Audition/Projects.
Need change
You will be able to view all Casting / Audition / Project that require a change for approval. Changes indicated by the Oshinstar team at the time of review.
In draft
You will be able to view all the Casting / Audition / Project you have archived. Your archived ad can be viewed later, unlike the deleted one, which will be permanently removed.
Publish saved drafts
When you are in the process of creating a Casting / Audition / Project, you can choose the option to finish it later and save it as a Draft. Everything done at the moment will be saved.
The Casting/Audition/Project is saved as a draft, so you can review it and publish it whenever you want.
When you enter this section, you will be able to perform several actions such as: Edit the selected Casting / Audition / Project, invite a talent directly or publish it.
Likewise, by touching a Casting / Audition / Project, you will be able to change the type of ad, create a similar ad or delete it.
