Through this tool you get a more productive and satisfying experience. An effective option when you want to provide a direct and instantaneous response.
In the top bar of any main screen, right next to your menu, you will see a direct access to your message manager. A section where you can manage all your conversations in Oshinstar, as well as continue with those interesting conversations you have stored.
Manage your conversations through multiple functions
When you enter your message manager you will have useful tools for better and greater control. You will be able to perform the following actions:
Mark as favorite
Simply mark the message with a long press and select the star that will appear in the top bar of the screen.
To undo your choice, just perform the same action.
Archive conversation
To archive a conversation, mark the message with a long press and select the Archive icon that will appear in the top bar of the screen. This function allows you to hide a conversation from the inbox.
You will be able to access the conversation again whenever you want, since by archiving it, you are not deleting it. The conversation will be automatically placed in the Archived folder.
To undo your choice, go to the Archived folder and perform the same action.
Delete conversation
You can delete a conversation by marking the message with a long press and selecting the Delete icon that will appear on the top bar of the screen. Confirm the action and press Delete again.
This procedure cannot be undone.
Mute conversation
You can mute any conversation for as long as you wish. You will still receive messages sent to you, but your phone will not beep or vibrate when you receive them.
You can mute a conversation by marking the message with a long press and tapping the ⋮ icon at the top right of the screen. Then just select Mute messages to confirm the action.
To undo your choice, perform the same action and select Stop mute messages.
Clear history
To clear the history of a conversation, mark the message with a long press and select the ⋮ icon at the top right of the screen. Then just select Clear history to confirm the action.
This function allows you to delete conversation histories individually.
This procedure cannot be undone.
Start a new conversation
To start a conversation from your message manager, tap the message icon at the bottom right of the screen.
When you click on the icon, you will find yourself in a section with different options to select the user with whom you want to start a conversation.

Once you have found the user you were looking for, click on their profile card to start the conversation.
Visualize your conversations in an organized way.
After connecting with a community member via chat, you have the option to use different trays to view and manage those conversations.

Archived
Each tray has different characteristics than your primary tray. To access these trays, go to the menu at the top right of the screen. Then simply select the tray you wish to view.
