Verify your email

Verifying your email address with Oshinstar increases the security of your account.

Proximity, credibility and prestige are some of the main reasons to confirm your email address with Oshinstar. In addition, they help ensure the authenticity of your profile and avoid duplication, spoofing and fraud.

Confirming your email address is a fundamental requirement to continue with the Oshinstar registration, otherwise you will not be able to access all the features offered by the platform.

App

From the app:

1. Enter the Menu in the top right and then tap Verify now.

2. A message will be sent to the email you registered which contains a 6-digit code.

3. Enter the code in the field below.

4. If you didn't receive the message, tap Resend code now.

5. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

This code or link will be valid for 24 hours, then you will have to generate it again.

Web

From the web:

1. Enter the 6-digit code or click the button Click here to confirm that your account is included in the email you receive when creating the account.

Once you have verified your email address, both your Oshinstar account password and access to your email account are required to make any changes to your Oshinstar account credentials, such as your password and contact email address. This further helps prevent your account from being stolen by a potential fraudster.

When you create an account or add a new email address to your existing account, we will send you an email. Click on the link in the email to confirm that you are the owner of that address.

Contact Oshinstar support if you did not create the Oshinstar account, but received the confirmation email.
