Change password from my account

From the app:

1. Enter the Menu by tapping on the top right and then tap Settings.

2. Tap Manage your account.

3. Scroll to your Basic Info and select Password.

4. Choose your new password.

5. Confirm your new password.

6. Tap Change Password

I can't remember my password

If you can't remember your password, use the password reset to create a new one. If you are already logged in and want to change your password, here are our instructions.

Use a strong password, with symbols and numbers to keep your password secure.

I do not receive the password reset email

• Check your spam inbox and your inbox filters (e.g. Promotions) to see if you have emails coming from [email protected].

• Add [email protected] to your contacts and try again.

• If you use a hosting service, contact them and ask them to add [email protected] to your safe email list.
