If you do not receive your 2-factor code or the code does not work, try these tips: try logging in after each one:
Turn your phone off and on and try logging in again. This may help to send the text through
Turn on airplane mode on your mobile device for about 10 seconds. Then turn the phone off and on again
If you are still unable to log in and have not changed phone numbers or operators, please contact our support team with the following information:
Screenshot of the SMS confirmation page (this will usually contain a partial phone number)
Your current location
Your full phone number, including country code
Authentication app 2-factor
If you are having problems with your 2-factor authentication application, please refer to the backup 2-factor recovery codes we provided when you enabled 2-factors.
If you do not have your backup codes, please contact our technical support team. Be sure to write using or referencing the email address linked to your OshinStar account.
