I’m not getting my password reset email

• Check your spam folder and inbox filters (e.g. Promotions) to see if you have emails coming from [email protected].

• Add [email protected] to your contacts and try again.

• If you use a hosting service, contact them and ask them to add [email protected] to your safe email list.

I don’t remember my login email

If you don't know which email you used to create your account, go to the password reset page and enter the possible emails.

When you receive a reset email you will know what your login email is. If you already know your password, you can ignore the reset and use your existing email and password to log in.

I think my account was hacked

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, we recommend that you request a password reset by following the steps above.

We also suggest that you change the password you use to log in to other accounts, especially if you use the same passwords on different sites.
